SJ Thomason is a Christian tenured and full professor of business administration who is gainfully employed at a U.S. university. She teaches courses at the junior, senior, MBA, EMBA, and EDBA levels in leadership, human resource management, cross-cultural relations, communication, and career development. In 2024, she returned to her role as the associate dean in the College of Business, which is a position she held between 2011 and 2016. She enjoys administrative work and especially appreciates her coworkers and students.
